スタジアム職員の感染判明でMリーグ2部の試合会場が変更
Mリーグを運営するMFLは公式サイトで本日8月20日に予定されていたMリーグ2部プレミアリーグ第19節のスランゴールFC 2対JDT IIの試合時間と試合会場の変更を発表しています。
MFLは今回の変更について、スランゴールFC 2が今季、本拠地として使用しているスランゴール州スラヤンのMBSスタジアムの職員に新型コロナウィルス感染が明らかになり、濃厚接触者も含めて隔離となったことが理由としています。
スランゴールFC 2のホームゲームとして午後4時45分開始の予定だったこの試合は、クアラルンプールのKLフットボールスタジアムに会場を変更して午後9時キックオフとなっています。

これまでMリーグクラブの選手や関係者に新型コロナウィルス感染者が見つかり延期となったケースはありましたが、試合会場のスタジアム関係者に感染者が見つかったのは初めてのケースです。各クラブは感染対策としていわゆる「スポーツバブル」内でリーグ戦を続けていますが、このバブルの外で感染者が出ることによっても日程変更が起こりうることが明らかになった事例と言えそうです。
スランゴールFCの主力はU22代表合宿への不参加の可能性も
今季は積極的に若手を起用しながらMリーグ1部で現在5位となっているスランゴールFCは、今年10月末にモンゴル行われるアジアサッカー連盟AFC U23アジアカップ予選に向けたU22代表合宿に複数の選手が招集される見込みですが、スポーツ専門サイトのスタジアムアストロはこの合宿に参加しない選手がいる可能性があると報じています。
U22代表第一次合宿は8月30日から予定されていますが、Mリーグ1部スーパーリーグは9月12日にに最終節が予定されていることから、スランゴールFCのジョハン・カマル・ハミドンCEOは、チームで主力選手として出場する選手はリーグ戦出場を優先し、U22代表合宿には参加しない可能性を示唆しています。
「U22代表合宿に選手が招集された場合、リーグ戦で主力として出場している選手については合宿参加の可否について検討しなければならない可能性がある。合宿には参加できないかも知れないが、その後も招集されれば予選でU22代表チームに合流はできるだろう。」と話したジョハンCEOは、リーグ戦終了後に予定されているマレーシアカップ期間についてはU22代表に招集された選手は全員、代表での活動を優先させる方針も明らかにしています。
U22代表は8月30日からの第一次合宿、9月19日からの第二次合宿を経て、アラブ首長国連邦のドバイで行う第三次合宿に向けて10月1日にマレーシアを出発する予定が発表になっています。
スランゴールFCの19歳GKがスペイン2部クラブのトライアウト参加
マレーシア語紙ハリアンメトロは、スランゴールFCのGKシーク・イズハン・ナズレル・シーク・アズマンが今年11月にスペイン2部のCFフエンラブラダでのトライアウトに参加することを発表しています。
8月13日のMリーグ1部第18節クダ・ダルル・アマンFCで1部リーグデビューを果たしたばかりのシーク・イズハン選手に対し、スランゴールFCのジョハン・カマル・ハミドンCEOはリーグ戦終了後のトライアル参加を許可したことも明らかにしています。当初は8月末のCFフエンラブラダのトライアウトに参加予定だったシーク・イズハン選手は、新型コロナによる影響でMリーグ1部最終節が9月12日となったことで、この予定を延期していました。
19歳のシーク・イズハン選手はこの前の記事でも取り上げたU23アジアカップ予選に出場するU22代表への招集も予想されていますが、CFフエンラブラダでのトライアウトへはモンゴルで開催される予選終了後に、直接、スペインへ渡り参加する予定だということで、ジョハンCEOは、シーク・イズハン選手は1ヶ月ほどスペインに残り、他のクラブのトライアウトも受けることになっていると話しています。
シーク・イズハン選手はこの他、ベルギー2部のクラブからもトライアル参加の公式に求められているとハリアンメトロは報じています。
帰化選手のクラスニキはインドスーパーリーグのオディシャFCへ期限付き移籍か
マレーシアサッカー協会FAMによる代表チーム強化のための帰化選手採用プロジェクトが一時中止と決まったニュースは先日、このブログでも取り上げましたが、そのプロジェクト第2号でもあるコソボ出身のMFリリドン・クラスニキ（JDT）が、インドスーパーリーグISLのオディシャFCへ期限付き移籍の可能性が浮上しています。
昨季開幕前にMリーグ1部のJDTに加入したクラスニキ選手は、今季はJDTでプレーすることなく、オーストラリア1部Aリーグのニューカッスルジェッツへ期限付き移籍し、9試合に出場しましたが、同様に期限付き移籍していたインドネシア出身のMFシャーリアン・アビマニュとともに6月30日に契約を完了していました。
シャーリアン選手はJDT復帰後は8月2日の対サバFC戦に途中出場していますが、クラスニキ選手はここまでセカンドチームのJDT IIも含め出場がないことから、他のチームへ期限付き移籍が取り沙汰されていましたが、インドのサッカー専門サイトIFTWCは、11月に2021/2022年シーズン開幕を控えたISLのオディシャFCがクラスニキ選手を期限付き移籍で獲得する可能性が高いことを報じています。帰化選手のクラスニキ選手は、ISLでプレーするマレーシア人選手第1号となるということです。なお、インドにはIリーグと呼ばれるもう一つの国内リーグがありますが、こちらは現KLシティFCのCEOであるスタンリー・バーナード氏が2009年にスポルティング・クルーベ・デ・ゴアで14試合に出場しています。
クラスニキ選手が期限付き移籍するとされるオディシャFCは11チームで構成されるISLで昨季は2勝6分12敗で得点25失点44という成績で最下位に終わっています。

Htet Aung’s action with Selangor stole the spotlight
Kuala Lumpur: The solid performance of Selangor FC’s central pillar from Myanmar, Hein Htet Aung has really pleased the team and is now considered one of the main assets of the Red Giants squad for the next few seasons.
It can be seen in the last three games of the Super League before this when the import player managed to contribute goal assists as well as create a partnership with the main striker, Ifedayo Olesegun is becoming more and more violent.
In fact, the total of 10 goals in three games highlights how Htet Aung’s creativity in the central machinery is quite solid and able to increase the team’s strength.
Selangor FC Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Johan Kamal Hamidon, explained that he believes the 19 -year -old young pillar will appear stronger after this.
“We are happy with the development of Htet Aung since he was with the team at the beginning of this season. Improvement after improvement started from the Selangor II team (playing in the Premier League) and now joining the main team (Selangor I in the Super League), he is getting better.
“He also managed to build a good understanding with other players, especially the striker and that gives variety and variation to the form of attack of the Selangor team,” he told Arena Metro.
In the same development, he explained that Htet Aung’s contract with Selangor FC is for three seasons which will end at the end of 2023.
Therefore, he rejected rumors that his party had just extended Htet Aung’s contract while a long -term agreement with the agile player had been signed since the beginning of this season.
“I was also surprised when our viral word (Selangor FC) added a contract extension. All that is not true because we will indeed sign any player with a long-term period, and not a short one.
“It is important because we emphasize the aspect of player development, especially for young players like Htet Aung who we believe have good potential to stand out,” he said.

In a statement on Friday, 26 March, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) said that its Disciplinary Committee found the 19-year-old player’s actions were “unsportsmanlike”.
According to FAM, he violated Article 59 of the FAM Disciplinary Code (2015 edition) during the 6 March match between Selangor II and PDRM FC at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium in Cheras.
Article 59 of the FAM Disciplinary Code (2015 edition) broadly defines using “offensive gestures or language” to insult someone in any way or “unsporting behaviour” in any other way as subject to sanctions.
He will now have to sit out Selangor II’s M-League game against Perak FC II on 2 April.
FAM said that that the player was issued with a stern warning and a heavier punishment will be meted out should he repeat his offence
Hein Htet Aung, who is a Myanmar national, had used the three-fingered salute, a symbol that has been adopted by people to show their resistance against authoritarian regimes in Southeast Asia.
The symbol has become a prominent feature among people protesting the military coup in Myanmar.
A photo of Hein Htet Aung displaying the three-fingered salute was uploaded on the official Twitter account of Selangor II following the match. However, the tweet carrying the photo has since been deleted.
Selangor II took down the viral tweet after it was reportedly asked to provide an explanation with regards to the player after he celebrated his goal against the PDRM FC with the three-fingered salute.
Hein Htet Aung’s suspension has prompted support from activists involved in a cross-border youth movement called Milk Tea Alliance
On Twitter, the Malaysian arm of the alliance expressed disappointment over the punishment, saying the Myanmar national who plays for our state team “can’t even show his condemnation” for the Tatmadaw.
Levy Madinda Called To Join Gabon’s National Squad For World Cup Qualifiers

Sabah midfielder Levy Madinda has been called up to join the Gabonese national squad for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Libya and Egypt next month.
After performing well with Sabah in the Super League, Madinda regained the confidence to play on the international stage with Gabon and will help the team to get a place in next year’s World Cup.
Previously, in the second transfer window of the 2021 season, Sabah decided to release Madinda to be replaced with another player but later re -signed the player.
After being re -signed, Levy Mandinda continued to make an impact when he scored a goal as Sabah recorded a draw against Kuala Lumpur City at home.
With the Gabonese national squad, Madinda will play with Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who has also been appointed as the team captain.
